Double Bracket Cylinder Mounting

2, 3 Ton

Our largest capacity presses - the DAP38DR and DAP58DR - deliver double and triple the force of a press with a single piston area. Available in stroke lengths of 2" through 6". Standard models include double rod ends for fine stroke adjustment and ran guides to prevent ram rotation.

Double Bracket Cylinder Mounting

1/4, 1-1/4, 2 Ton

3 Sizes and capacities of tandem presses available in various stroke lengths. All tandem presses provide double the deliverable force of single piston units of the same bore size. All models are available in both single rod and double rod end models.

Shorter Stroke Cylinder Mounting

1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 Ton

Available in both spring return and double acting models. These single bracket mounted presses are the shorter stroke versions of our 1/4 ton through 1 ton models.

Shorter Stroke Cylinder Mounting

1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 Ton

These double rod end models are available in both spring return and double acting styles. The single bracket mounting probides for shorter stroke models with higher cycling time. Further, the double rod ends provide a double bearing surface to prevent rod deflection.

Longer Stroke Cylinder Mounting

1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 Ton

Available in both spring return and double acting styles. These double bracket mounted presses afford longer stroke lengths for all models. Stroke lengths up to 4" are available for spring return models and up to 12" stroke lengths for double acting models.

Longer Stroke Cylinder Mounting

1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 1 Ton

These presses are the longer stroke versions of our various spring return and double acting models. Stroke lengths of 2" through 4" are available for our spring return models and 2" through 12" strokes for double acting units. All units have a double bearing surface to help prevent rod deflection. Further, all models can be micro-adjusted to provide a variable length on the down stroke. The same press can be used with different stroke lengths for several different applications.

Single Acting Foot Mount

3/4, 1, 1-1/8, 1/14 Bores

Spring return cylinders similar to our "V" Series models but with horizontal mounting bracket included for bench top applications. Available in ½" thru 3" strokes.

Piston rods available with either plain or machined rod ends..Simple low cost repairability avoids expensive replacements.

Double Acting Nose Mount

3/4, 1, 1-1/8, 1/14 Bores

A series of small double acting cylinders with front end or nose mount. Available in ½" thru 6" stroke lengths. Cylinders are available in brass with the larger sizes in anodized aluminum.

Piston rods available with either plain or machined rod ends..Simple low cost repairability avoids expensive replacements.

Double Acting Foot Mount

3/4, 1, 1-1/8, 1/14 Bores

The same series of small double acting cylinders as the DAV Series but with the parallel or horizontal mounting bracket included for bench top applications.

Piston rods available with either plain or machined rod ends. Simple low cost repairability avoids expensive replacements.

Mighty Mite Short Stroke Cyliners

Compact, Simple & Easy to Mount, Interchangeable

Mighty Mite Short Stroke Cylinders are 65% shorter than conventional cylinders and require 60% less mounting space. Compact and rugged, they ave a low silhouette that makes them ideally suited for clamping fixtures, jig work, high speed cycling, and most any applications where tight spaces allow very limited working room.
