Air Power, Inc. acquires the Tool and Material Handling Business from Air Centers of Florida
We are pleased to announce Air Power, Inc. has acquired the Tool and Material Handling Business from Air Centers of Florida. Air Power, Inc., is a leading distributor of industrial products and integrated solutions provider for over 50 years. Air Power distributes industrial equipment, offers repair services in-house and in the field, and provides engineering services for integrated solutions. Acquiring the Tool and Material Handling Business from Air Centers of Florida enables Air Power to further expand and service the Florida market.
While Air Power has been serving the greater Florida market for the last several years, the primary focus has been in the coating and sealant and adhesive markets. This acquisition of the Tool and Material Handling Business from Air Centers of Florida will allow for deeper concentration in this key focus area. Both companies are known for excellence in servicing their customer base and providing value-added solutions. Air Centers of Florida will continue to be “the” go-to provider for all your compressor needs. Air Power, Inc will be “the” go-to provider for all your tool and material handling needs.
For customers, this acquisition will provide access to additional brands, and an expanded team of local Account Managers, Application Specialists, Engineers, Service Technicians (in-house & field), Project Managers, and Lab facilities, to better support projects in today’s market.
Over the next several weeks, Air Power and Air Centers of Florida staff will work closely together to smoothly transition open projects, customer relationships, and provide additional tools and resources to an expanded market, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
