This notice is to inform you that Ingersoll Rand will discontinue the ICD & ICM Controllers in December 2023. After a thorough review of their = existing product range they have decided to discontinue these products in order to provide you more advanced products while effectively managing their product portfolio.

Suggested Replacement for the ICD/ICM Series will be the INSIGHTqc Controller Platform

Software Support- No further firmware updates or modifications will be made available for this platform by Ingersoll Rand. Firmware Version 2.5.2.0 will remain the latest version for this product platform.

Order Status- All orders existing in the system as on release of this letter will be subject to completion and remaining inventory will be on First come and first serve basis. We anticipate to accept orders until 31st October 2023 or till stock last.

Spare Supports- We will continue to offer most parts for approximately 3 years or while supplies last. Some spare parts are expected to get obsoleted earlier than 3 years due to supply shortages or sub system obsolescence.
