Traditionally when we install a Ransburg RCS System it would be bolted to the floor of the manufacturing facility. This , of course, provides maximum stability…but makes it very hard to work on if something goes wrong. Repairing or replacing any of the components is difficult due to the “fixed” position of the unit.

This custom designed RCS System comes on wheels and Kyle shows you that while this doesn’t compromise stability…it does drastically enhance accessibility for repairs and maintenance. Just unhook and roll it away from the wall for easy access. **BONUS** It also adds duplicity! If you have a backup system…simply unhook, roll out the broken unit, roll in the backup, connect your hoses and get right back to work.
