Air Power, Inc. is an Authorized Distributor of Clean Air Industries
Clean Air Industries provides industrial air filtration and pollution control solutions designed to capture dust, welding fumes, smoke, mist, and other airborne contaminants generated by manufacturing processes.
Since 1992, Clean Air Industries has developed air filtration technologies for applications ranging from individual workstations and small fabrication shops to large manufacturing facilities. With equipment manufactured in the United States, Clean Air Industries offers solutions engineered to improve indoor air quality, protect employees, and help manufacturers maintain cleaner, safer working environments.
Air Power partners with Clean Air Industries to help manufacturers identify and implement the right air filtration and source capture solution for their application.
Industrial Dust Collection & Fume Extraction Solutions
Clean Air Industries offers a broad portfolio of industrial air cleaning equipment designed for source capture, centralized dust collection, and facility-wide air filtration.
Industrial Dust Collectors
Clean Air Industries’ industrial dust collection systems provide centralized collection of dust and fumes for demanding manufacturing environments. Systems are available with airflow capacities up to 65,000 CFM, allowing solutions to scale from smaller production environments to large manufacturing facilities.
Industrial dust collectors can be configured for applications including welding, grinding, cutting, and other processes that generate airborne particulate.
Downdraft Tables
Clean Air Industries Defender Downdraft Tables capture welding fumes, grinding dust, and other airborne contaminants directly at the work surface before they spread into the surrounding facility.
Available configurations include:
- Portable downdraft tables
- Industrial downdraft tables
- Ducted or remote downdraft tables
Defender industrial models are available in multiple sizes with airflow capacities reaching 9,000 CFM. Ducted configurations can also be integrated with centralized wet or dry dust collection systems.
Welding Fume Extraction
Clean Air Industries offers multiple source-capture solutions for welding fumes, including:
- Portable fume extractors
- Wall-mounted fume extractors
- Fume capture arms
- Hi-Vac fume extraction systems
- Robotic weld cell collectors
- Custom extraction hoods
These systems allow manufacturers to capture welding smoke and fumes closer to where contaminants are generated, helping prevent them from spreading throughout the facility.
Ambient Air Cleaners
For applications where source capture alone isn’t sufficient, Clean Air Industries offers ambient air cleaning systems capable of filtering contaminants throughout a manufacturing facility.
Ambient systems provide airflow capacities up to 6,000 CFM and can supplement localized dust and fume extraction while requiring little to no production floor space.
Oil Mist & Oil Smoke Collection
Machining and metalworking operations can generate airborne oil mist and smoke that affect both workplace air quality and equipment.
Clean Air Industries offers dedicated oil mist collectors up to 3,600 CFM and oil smoke collectors up to 2,400 CFM. These systems use coalescing filtration technology designed to capture airborne coolant droplets while allowing collected coolant to be recovered.
Welding & Grinding Booths
Clean Air Industries also provides enclosed and semi-enclosed solutions for welding and grinding operations, including environmental booths, bolt-together welding booths, and the WeldStation™.
These systems combine dedicated work areas with integrated air filtration and fume extraction to help contain contaminants close to the process.
Clean Air Solutions for Manufacturing Applications
Clean Air Industries equipment can be applied across a variety of industrial processes, including:
- Manual welding
- Robotic welding
- Metal grinding
- Machining
- Laser cutting
- Plasma cutting
- Brazing and soldering
- Abrasive blasting
- Thermal spraying
- Spray painting
Because every manufacturing environment presents different airflow, contaminant, floor-space, and production requirements, Clean Air Industries can also provide engineered solutions and custom extraction equipment for specific applications.
Find the Right Clean Air Industries Solution
Selecting an industrial air filtration system involves more than choosing a dust collector or fume extractor. Airflow requirements, contaminant type, source location, production volume, facility layout, filtration requirements, and future expansion can all influence system design.
Air Power can help evaluate your application and identify the Clean Air Industries equipment that best fits your manufacturing process.
