Job Description: Account Manager
Position Summary: We are looking for a qualified Account Manager to expand our Western PA (York/Hanover Region), Western MD (Hagerstown), and Upstate VA (Winchester) region, supported out of our High Point, NC Branch Location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of established accounts, along with development of new customers
- Perform territory analysis to identify target accounts
- Evaluate and plan daily sales calls
- Demonstrate, sell and start up equipment
- Provide a high level of customer service with timely responses
- Mechanical aptitude
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred but not a requirement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to superior customer service
- Adequate PC proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong relationship skills
- Work well under pressure
