Started at Air Power in 2015 as Business Unit Leader – Tool & Assembly. Named President of Air Power in December 2016, driving the company's strategic vision and multi-regional expansion through a deliberate mix of organic growth and targeted corporate acquisitions.
Prior to Air Power, spent 19 years with Ingersoll Rand in progressive executive roles, including Operations Leader, Regional Business Director and Distribution Sales Manager, responsible for commercial strategy and authorized distributor networks.
Bachelor of Science, Industrial Management; Industrial Engineering from Purdue University with an MBA from Kelly School of Business, Indiana University
Started at Air Power in August 2023 as Staff Accountant. Prior to Air Power, worked in a public accounting firm focused on financial statements, tax, & consulting services for businesses.

Started at Air Power in July 2020 as an Engineering Supervisor. Since then, more roles have been added to responsibilities including Project Management, Service Department, and Install Team.
Prior to Air Power worked for 25 years in the Automotive and Heavy truck industry, 10 Years with Continental Teves and 15 years with BorgWarner Turbo Systems, as a Manufacturing Engineer.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University
Started Air Power in 2012, working as an Account Manager in Raleigh, NC. Since have held roles within Air Power as an Application Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, and present - Sales and Marketing Leader.
Prior to Air Power, worked for a successful Engineering Firm within Raleigh, NC focused on Environmental Engineering, Regulations, and Infrastructure Improvements.
