Mobile Paint Dispensing System

Utilizing state of the art intrinsically safe Graco electric pumps, servo motors, and remote HMI interfaces Air Power delivered a fully custom mobile Dispense Solution for paint mixing and dispense for remote operators. This self-contained system can be pulled via tow motor and deployed as needed to remote operators as necessary allowing for flexibility.

Mobile Calibration Cart

Custom mobile calibration carts are designed to fit the needs of maintenance and quality control personnel. This cart can be deployed daily to calibrate and validate a multitude of tools within a manufacturing production setting. Customized with butcher block top and room for spare tool and part transport, the Gear Wrench base provides ample room and rounds out the custom design.

Convenient (and lockable) tool placement, parts, and critical spares can be located within the Gear Wrench Toolbox.

Mobile Plural Component Systems

Plural component equipment has been utilized in manufacturing for years. These robust platforms, such as the Graco 2KE, are fantastic for line-side plural component mixing applications for point of use spray. We have fabricated and customized the Graco ProMix 2KE (and other plural component systems) to allow for quick lineside deployment in the event of a catastrophic failure, delivering the perfect mobile solution to avoid downtime on liquid paint lines.

Mobile HFR Meter Mix Dispense System

Designed to meet our customer’s specific needs, this mobile dispense system features on-time delivery of a 2-component bead dispense. Job selection is within the custom PLC for recipe selection and operator lockout. The Graco HFR offers hydraulic fixed ratio dispenses and the light tree provides real time operator feedback.

Mobile Spray Carts

Mobile Jib Crane

Why bolt an asset to the floor when it can be designed for re-deployment. Air Power’s custom mobile jib cranes can be designed for deployment using fork trucks, tow motors, or hand trucks (depending on size and weight capacities). This pictured solution, of a mobile Gorbel G-Force, can be quickly deployed for ergonomic lifting within an ever-changing manufacturing landscape.

Mobile Fluid Transfer Cart

When transferring fluids is necessary, utilize a mobile cart for quick deployment. This solution, developed and designed by Air Power and a few of our local customers consist of pickup and discharge piping, Graco Dia (or as necessary for your application) transfer pumps, and single connection hose reel hookup.
